The Desk
What happened after you applied.
Two things, always kept apart. What you told us: whether you applied, what stage you are at, how it ended. What the sweep observed: whether the posting is still open, aging, come down, or reposted. Neither one is the other, and this page never shows you a single status that pretends to be both.
What the Desk does
-
Tracks what you actually did, not a guess
Paste the URL of a role you clicked out to, and the Desk records the click and a snapshot of the posting at that instant. A click is recorded as a click. It never becomes "applied" until you say so, through a short confirm loop the next time you are here: did you finish, are you still working on it, or did you not finish. Nothing here infers an answer for you.
-
Watches the posting, separately, every night
The same machine that verifies every posting on this site re-reads the ones you have applied to. Still open, aging past its usual window, come down, or reposted under a new listing: an observation with a date on it, on the same clock as the index, never mixed into your own status.
-
Says plainly what neither of us can see
Neither the sweep nor you can see an employer's inbox. This page will never tell you a role is "under review," because nobody told us that and the sweep cannot observe it. Silence stays silence, shown as an absence, not read as a verdict.
